The Role As ANZ Finance Manager, you’ll partner with senior business leaders to drive performance, deliver strategic insights, and shape financial outcomes across multiple business units. You’ll: Own full P&L responsibility across ANZ, ensuring targets are met and risks managed proactively. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team. Partner with business unit leaders to drive alignment, strategy, and profitability. Oversee annual planning, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure SOX compliance and support audits. Champion financial excellence and innovation through data-driven insights. About You CPA qualified with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. 10 years’ experience in senior finance roles within multinationals (US-listed ideal). Strong business acumen, analytical and strategic mindset. Proven leadership, stakeholder influence, and partnership skills. Manufacturing or supply chain background preferred.
